Meeting called to order at 9:17pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Not Present<\/strong>:<strong> <\/strong>Rick Huber, Scott Joern<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Minutes<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The April 2, 2025 meeting minutes were presented and motioned with second to accept as written. All in favor. Motion carried.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review.\u00a0Motion with second to approve\/pay the bills. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2025 Magic City Car and Trade Show Treasurer Report was presented. Total profit = $2,376<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Old Business:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track Equipment\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heavy Hitch arrived in Minot. Additional teeth were also purchased when it was picked up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2025 Sponsorships\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spreadsheet updated with checks received, proposals delivered, and other businesses who showed interest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuing to work on visiting potential sponsors and partners for 2025. Discussion occurred on the initial\/first Board Member working with a potential sponsor to be the one to see it to completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Car Show (April 5-6, 2025)<\/strong>: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1,653 people in attendance (1,080 on Saturday &amp; 573 on Sunday). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trever Haas won the Sport Compact raffle car.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voting Results for Best in Class:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S. All in favor, Holly abstained from voting. Motion passed.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debit card use by other Board Members was discussed.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Next Meeting<\/strong>: The next board meeting will be on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 7:00pm at Staybridge Suites.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Meeting Adjournment<\/strong>: Motion with second to adjourn the meeting.
