Meeting called to order at 7:04pm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Guests<\/strong>: Brandon Beeter, Jen Rivinius, &amp; Bruce Rudland<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Minutes<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The April 10, 2025 meeting minutes were presented and motioned to accept as written with second. All in favor. Motion carried.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review.\u00a0Motion with second to approve\/pay the bills. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Final 2025 Car &amp; Trade Show Financial Report was presented for discussion and review.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>April 12, 2025 Practice P\/L Report was presented for discussion and review.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Old Business:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track Equipment\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heavy Hitch hydraulic hose cracked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>White water truck pump needs to be replaced, will cost approx. $5,000.00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sheeps foot is fixed. The other one went to Farden\u2019s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Big Wheels &#8211; upon returning from Jim\u2019s Welding, needs a mirror, fluids checked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schatz truck is good.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other equipment needs extensive maintenance and repair. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2025 Sponsorships\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spreadsheet updated with checks received, proposals delivered, and other businesses who showed interest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discussion occurred about selling the remaining two open Race Nights in May. Will pursue more partners and then move them to August Specials should there be a rainout. Continuing to work on visiting potential sponsors and partners for 2025.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signboards of nightly race sponsors need to be moved to Victory Lane.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NOSA Winged Sprints (May 4, 2025)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>WOO Late Models (June 29, 2025)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>WOO Ticket Sales posters and tickets dropped off at Big O, Tuff Trucks, The Landing, Auto Value-Minot, &amp; Auto Value-Williston.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pit Feed Josh Wolla\/Hitchin\u2019 Kitchen willing to help out. Visit Minot QR Code was added as well. Print an additional 25 posters.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holly &amp; Kelly working on MyRacePass for driver registration and payouts. Mariah Tomlinson will help Kelly on Opening Weekend for payouts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Miscellaneous\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Radio Advertising\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>106.9 Sign Board &#8211; Tom Schrader &amp; Joe Goldade wants to do spots to promote the races. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kelly discussed with Xpress Mart manager weekly race tickets. Might be interested in selling WOO tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bravera Bank accounts\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Motioned with second for opening a checking account at Bravera Bank. Account Holders will be Kelly Duchsherer, Justin Medler, &amp; Robby Rosselli. All in favor. Motion passed.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CD at Bremer Bank maturing on 4\/24\/25 will be moved to Bravera Bank.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>New Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brandon Beeter (guest):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clarity on if he\u2019s announcing in 2025. Kristi Rosselli-Sullivan will be the main announcer. Keli Rosselli-Sullivan will be covering Victory Lane. Nick Hulberg has been invited back, but hasn\u2019t given us an answer.&nbsp;Riley Raynard could also join as announcer when he\u2019d like (Brandon usually arranged this).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ultimately, there needs to be 2 people announcing every night.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sponsor Read for the night &#8211; Nick used to put this together, Kadi has done it too. Holly will put together the script for 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motioned with second to have every race event\/night will pay $500 to track prep. All in favor.
