Meeting called to order at 7:02pm.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Guests<\/strong>: None<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Minutes<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The July 22, 2025 meeting minutes were presented and motioned to accept as written with second. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RDO bill was received by Kelly today.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gravel delivery charge still needs to be ran.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Motion with second by to approve\/pay the bills. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Race Weekend Recap:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nothing specific was discussed.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Old Business:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outstanding 2025 Sponsorships was discussed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Motor Magic (August 29-31, 2025)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Too Dark Designs doing on demand printing under the Grandstand.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draw\/Redraw was discussed. Automatic redraw through MRP was discussed, and some people complain about doing it that way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draw pill at pit trailer at check in. Two chances at pill redraw can be made by each driver for $10\/each.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Top 8 redraw for feature. Scott will do poker chips redraw, likely in the tech area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No tech inspectors this weekend to save money.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pitman\u2019s race Friday and Saturday &#8211; received $2500.00 to hold race. Saturday is tentative. Try to find out if pitcrew guys will be racing at the pit trailer when they sign in.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compacts &#8211; have some additional sponsors that will bring cash to add to payouts as well as a specific additional amount for hard charger cash.\u00a0Message received on Facebook about Sport Compacts and if they could run their car from another sanctioning body. Motor Magic is non-sanctioned but IMCA rules apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motor Magic item amounts in Square were reviewed.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local driver approached 3 Board members on Sunday at the races and requested to run all 4 classes. Discussion occurred about historical running of cross classes. IMCA rules apply. He can run one open wheel and one fendered class. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fedyk Family spoke with Robby. They will get an announcer read to Rick Huber and Jen Rivinius said she will read it. They will hang a banner on Saturday as well off of the catwalk.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Joren Boyce requested that a parade lap in memory of Butch Boyce occur on HOF Night (Saturday).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tractors in front of grandstand from Gooseneck.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Touch-A-Truck event on Saturday (arrive at 11am, 12pm-3pm) of Motor Magic. Scott will contact Mason, and if not then Wayne will ask Tex with the Rural Fire Department. Justin will ask Fluffy for a Concrete Mobil cement truck.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>INEX Legends Winter Nationals &amp; NOSA Sprints (Oct 9-11, 2025)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reserve pit stalls &#8211; release next week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting local class will be IMCA Stock Cars with normal purse. Board of Directors in unanimous agreement.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brittany Beck &#8211; Justin talked to her last week and she will put an Order of Events together. Projected expenses and payouts were reviewed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practice Thursday, October 9th will be open to anyone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>End of Year Awards Banquet &amp; Elections (Oct 25-26, 2025)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consider bringing in an entertainer or someone big for the banquet (Dueling Pianos or Ron Hornaday), or have an after party at The Landing.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Miscellaneous\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check from NDSF Demo Derby received on 8\/17\/2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Robby will get MarketPlace Foods gift cards this week to hand them out at the end of the season.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All track equipment appears to be in good working order. The door handle on Big Wheels needs to be fixed at the end of the year.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>New Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2026 Grandstand Tickets donated to Underwood School &#8211; 10 Adult tickets &amp; 20 Children\u2019s tickets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scott will order 2026 tickets ordered from Lowe\u2019s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shirts &#8211; slogan shirts quote from Center Point $1065.00 with Nodak logo on front and slogan on back.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discussion occurred about WOO Duel in Dakotas that occurred this past weekend.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discussion occurred about Holly\u2019s post on Facebook on 8\/24.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Executive Session<\/strong>: Executive Session motioned with second with Holly Johnson not present at 8:47pm.
