Present<\/strong>: Justin Medler, Robby Rosselli, Holly Johnson, Kelly Duchsherer, Scott Joern, Rick Huber & Wayne Johnson. Meeting called to order at 7:02pm. Justin Medler arrived at 7:20pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minutes<\/strong>: <\/strong>The September 30, 2025 meeting minutes were presented and motioned with second to accept as written. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review.\u00a0Motion with second to approve\/pay the bills. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. INEX Legends Dirt Nationals & IMCA Stock Cars (Oct 9-11, 2025)<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Tire machine at track – request today received on track phone to have a tire machine at the track. Checked with several people and have something lined up.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • End of Year Awards Banquet & Elections (Oct 25-26, 2025)<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Qdoba will be catering for approx. 300 people. Unanimous agreement by all board members on cash amount to tip them. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Discussion over where to hold the General Meeting and Elections. Robby will contact the Clarion for meeting space. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • 2026 Race Schedule<\/strong> – Special race events in 2026 was discussed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Miscellaneous:<\/strong>\n

        • Slingshot End of Year Awards (tabled)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Articles of Incorporation\/By-Laws: Guest Remington Kostenko\n

          • Discussion about amending the By-Laws & Articles of Incorporation occurred. We must send Articles to Secretary of State once amended. A special meeting for amendments and general meeting can be held on the same date\/time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • In regard to the Article of Incorporation, a motion with second occurred in regard to:\n

            • ARTICLE VII, and, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • ARTICLE XI & XII<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • All in favor. Motion passed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • In regard to the By-Laws (2017 Version currently on website), a motion with second for Remington Kostenko to draft bylaw changes for general membership meeting on October 26, 2025. \n

              • ARTICLE III: Section 1, Section 4, Section 7<\/li>\n\n\n\n

              • Remington recommended that we go through each change individually for individual voting instead of blanket adoption voting on all of them at once at the Special Meeting on 10\/26\/2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • All documents should be signed and dated upon approval and then formal adoption.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Additional discussion with consultation from Remington occurred in regard to: \n
                  \n
                • Minor Consent Forms – actual parent\/guardian need to sign the forms ahead of time.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Employment Agreement likely needed to cover bases for any Board Member who is an employee of the Club that explicitly states duties and compensation rate. Contractors are not considered employees.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
