Present<\/strong>: Rick Huber, Chris Tuchscherer, Holly Johnson, Kelly Duchsherer, Wayne Johnson, and Drew Christianson. Meeting called to order at 6:59pm. Robby Rosselli arrived at 8:09pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Discussion occurred about Tougher Than Dirt Tour schedule.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Minutes<\/strong>: <\/strong>The January 20, 2026 meeting minutes were presented and motioned with second to accept as written. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Reports from Standing Committees<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Hall of Fame<\/strong> – Kadi Ruby provided an update to the Board via text on 1-26-2026:\n
        \n
      • Hall of Fame Wall – <\/strong>graphic for Hall of Fame wall plaque sponsorships ready for review\/approval. Continuing to gather photos and design plaques. Unanimous agreement by Board members on infographic for wall sponsors as submitted.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Induction process & criteria review<\/strong> – reviewing for any needs for updates\/changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Yearbook <\/strong>– needs pricing and volunteer list<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Nomination committee<\/strong> – looking at dates in February. Will be posting public nomination form soon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review. Motion with second to approve\/pay the bills. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. 2026 Race Schedule:<\/strong>\n

          • Posters were submitted for printing at Lowe\u2019s by Kelly.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Facebook Events were created.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Sponsors:<\/strong> Sponsors for 2026 were discussed and the worksheet was updated in the Google Drive.\n
              \n
            • Square deposit for $7,000.00 from Brent Aho was voided.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • June 14th – Steven Pfeifer working on sponsor and looking at increasing total Stock Car purse that night.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Magic City Car & Trade Show (March 28-29th, 2026):<\/strong>\n
                \n
              • Other groups\u2019 involvement was discussed.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Vendors were discussed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Merchandise to sell from the Nodak Souvenir Trailer was discussed.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • World of Outlaw Late Models (June 28th, 2026):\u00a0<\/strong>\n
                  \n
                • Discussion occurred about merch sales with Minot Mayhem branding, but this may interfere with our contract with them.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Miscellaneous:<\/strong>\n
                    \n
                  • Attempted delivery on 1\/23 of Medler letter. Delivery was rescheduled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • By-Laws – Ron sent email with most current version of By Laws and Suspension Policy examples. Holly will update document based on Ron\u2019s revisions.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Track Rules – updated based on previous conversation, document was reviewed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Memberships – change contact on form to \u2018Nodak Race Club at 701-822-7223\u2019.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    New Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Track Equipment – discussion occurred about putting concrete blocks to add weight to the Heavy Hitch.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    2. Dirt Track Racing Suspension & Expulsion Policy and Member Infraction Policy – attached to email from Ron Huettl. Board needs to individually review.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    3. Awards Banquet (October 25th, 2026):\u00a0<\/strong>\n

                      • Kahoot for prizes\/trivia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Track phone was given to Rick Huber.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        Next Meeting<\/strong>: The next board meeting will be on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 7:00pm at Staybridge Suites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
