    Minutes<\/strong>: <\/strong>The February 10, 2026 meeting minutes were presented and motioned to accept as written with second. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Hall of Fame<\/strong> –\n

      • Drew Christianson has filled the spot on the Nomination Committee previously held by Rick Huber. Nomination meeting is February 25th at 6:00pm at the Maysa Community Room.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Kadi Ruby was present and reported there were no other updates.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review. Motion with second to approve\/pay the bills. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Unfinished Business:<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. 2026 Race Schedule:<\/strong> Poster says practice Saturday, April 26th, but the 26th is a Sunday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Sponsors:<\/strong> Sponsors for 2026 were discussed and the worksheet was updated in the Google Drive.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Magic City Car & Trade Show (March 28-29th, 2026):<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • There will not be the Lego pinewood derby track due to lack of help available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Discussion on having a Swap Meet component occurred.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Past vendors\/booths were discussed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • By-Laws & Policies:\u00a0<\/strong>\n

            • Postcard for Car Show General Meeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Proposed Policies will need to be finalized prior to general meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
