Present<\/strong>: Rick Huber, Holly Johnson, Kelly Duchsherer, Wayne Johnson, Robby Rosselli, and Drew Christianson. Meeting called to order at 7:03pm. Chris Tuchscherer arrived at 7:05pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests<\/strong>: Becky Medler, Brandon Beeter, Tiffany Aho, Scott Joern, Bonnie Joern, Trista Gilbert, Ron Huettl<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Tiffany Aho – signed the trade name reimbursement check back to the club<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Bonnie & Scott Joern – inquired about membership cards. Discussion occurred about membership renewals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Becky Medler – asked for consistency with why and when we go into Executive Session.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Tiffany Aho – indicated that if we take federal or state money from the ND State Fair Board, we should be required to follow Sunshine Laws.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Minutes<\/strong>: <\/strong>The February 24, 2026 meeting minutes were presented and motioned with second to accept as written. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Reports from Standing Committees<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Hall of Fame<\/strong> – representative was not present to provide an update.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review. Motion with second by to approve\/pay the bills. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. CD at Dacotah Bank matures on 3\/26\/2026. Discussion occurred on finding best interest rate at the best term.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Unfinished Business:<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. By-Laws: <\/strong>were reviewed and discussed with Ron Huettl with further revisions needed before proposing to membership. \n
            \n
          • General members can bring a motion to the General Meeting without being on the agenda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Postcard for Car Show General Meeting – add Articles of Incorporation amendment to the agenda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Executive Session:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Motion with second to enter into Executive Session at 8:19pm to discuss DarnTV Broadcast and financials. All in favor.\u00a0Motion with second to end the Executive Session at 9:36pm. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Sponsors:<\/strong> Sponsors for 2026 were discussed and the worksheet was updated in the Google Drive.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Magic City Car & Trade Show (March 28-29th, 2026):<\/strong>\n

              • Discussion on having a Swap Meet component occurred.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Vendors\/booths were discussed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                • Membership Approvals of renewed memberships and new memberships was tabled.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
