  1. Brian Brown – asked to attend by club member for experience with Robert\u2019s Rules of Order and legislative assemblies. He recommended having a Parliamentarian.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Bonnie Joern – asked about reserved pit stalls for Opening Night. NOSA Sprints will be parking on the east row.\n

    • It was decided that there will be no reserved pit stalls for Specials (NOSA – 1st 20 spots on the east side starting with A1, WOO Sprints, WOO Late Models, DCMT).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Hall of Fame (Kadi Ruby)<\/strong> –\n

        • Awaiting the install date on the HOF wall and still looking for sponsors.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Yearbook won\u2019t be done until mid-June.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • 75th Anniversary group is going to start meeting monthly.\u00a0Quote for $350 from Durward for the 75th Anniversary logo. Motion with second to approve this expense. Voice Vote. All in favor. Motion carried.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • 50\/50:\n
            \n
          • Carol and Ed selling at the table.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Local synchro team may assist with walkers, with the team getting 25% of the profits.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Consider having HOF members sell tickets at the bigger shows\/specials.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Decided to have a separate 50\/50 drawing for the pits, and if it isn\u2019t profitable, they can cease the pits.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review. Kelly will be moving the HOF Savings Account to Bravera. Motion with second to approve\/pay the bills. Voice vote. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Bylaws & Policies<\/strong> – Discussion occurred on bylaws, committees, defining Board positions more thoroughly.\n

              • Motion with second to have Brian Brown assist us with revising the bylaws. Voice Vote. One abstained. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • WoO Sprints (May 31, 2026)<\/strong>: <\/strong>Posters sent by SLS to put up in town.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • WoO Late Models (June 28, 2026)<\/strong>: <\/strong>XPressMart willing to sell tickets again the week of the event.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                • Membership Approvals: tabled<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Track Prep\n

                  • The sand to be used for the NDSF was discussed and the plan to manage keeping it out of the dirt\/off the track.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Still need someone dedicated to helping Tom with track prep.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Track Equipment\n

                    • Wheel packer needs to be fixed and hooked up.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Discussed replacing a welded pipe that has split on the water truck.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Price out water pump and fittings for new Big Wheels. Need to get the booms off of it in order to use it for packing for the time being.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Heavy Hitch teeth remaining can be installed, and should be good for the year, but they will have to all be replaced in the fall.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Skidsteer can be kept at the track the whole summer, just need to sign a rental contract with Swanston.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Need to line up push trucks for Opening Night.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Decided to have Jeff be the lead flagman\/Race Director.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Trophies were sorted out with Lowe\u2019s Printing.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      New Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Robby wants to do a victory lap with one car from each class in memory of Scott Lovejoy on Sunday right before the National Anthem.\n
                          \n
                        • Track Photographer needed. Maggie Kopp offered to do track photographer. The only night she would not be available is June 21st.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Late Model posters being made by Todd Schute<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • North Hill Bowl will have the same agreement as last year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Tech inspectors are confirmed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Payroll was reviewed.\n

                          • Race Director – Motion with second to pay Jeff Barta the same pay as Race Director last year. Voice Vote. One abstained. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Volunteers – consider allowing immediate family members in for free.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                            Next Meeting<\/strong>: The next board meeting is Tuesday, May 12th at 7:00pm at Staybridge Suites. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
