  1. Hall of Fame (Kadi Ruby)<\/strong> – Yearbooks were purchased. Nominee bios are being finalized for posting and fan vote will start soon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Membership (Chris)<\/strong> – Discussed recommendations from committee members on memberships to approve. Motion with second made to:\n

    • Refer for further investigation and consideration: Angela Dean, Teri McDaniels, & Kia Vang;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Deny Nicol Hanna and Nicholas Baumgartner\u2019s memberships due to nonpayment; and,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Approve the following memberships: Derek Haman, Clint Patterson, Colby Patterson, Scott Zurcher, Aric Arends, Troy Haxton, Trenton Erven, Cory Williams, Bennett Castleman, Birk Castleman, Brent Castleman, JR Herrera, & Payce Herrera.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review. Motion with second to approve\/pay the bills. Motion carried by voice vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Race Weekend Recap (6\/14, 6\/21, 6\/28)<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. P&Ls for 6\/14, 6\/21, and 6\/28 were provided and reviewed.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Many compliments on the Dunk Tank, DJ, and Pork Feed\/food on 6\/28.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Discussed the need to have more doors open for exiting during large events, and also need to make sure the Fairground exits (north gate) is open more in advance.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Unfinished Business:<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Dakota Classic Modified Tour (July 5, 2026): <\/strong>Identified tech inspector, pit steward, and volunteer for Smoker\u2019s Gate. Tickets are $20\/$18\/$10, and will not be sold at Enerbase. Tshirts were ordered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. WoO Sprints (August 30, 2026): <\/strong>Butler Cornhole tournament will occur during Sprints.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Miscellaneous:<\/strong>\n

              • Options were discussed about alternatives to making up the rainout WOO Late Model Modified Feature. Motion with second to pay all 25 modifieds last place pay of $130. Motion carried by voice vote.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Volunteers Needed for the following: 4th of July fireworks set up at 10am, Track tear down after DCMT, and NDSF Concert Volunteering: need 20 volunteers for 7\/19 & 7\/23 (9 signed up on Sunday, 6 signed up on Thursday).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. State Fair Parade: Holly will take the lead.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
