\nAll board members were present.
\nThree guests were in attendance.
\nMeeting was called to order at 7:01 pm.
\nMotion was made to approve the April 16, 2018 meeting minutes. It was approved.
\nOliver is going to be there every Sunday as the EMT and if he isn’t there then he will have someone else
\nlined up to be there.
\nPractice day went well. There wasn’t a lot of down time. We had 71 cars there. Jen is getting everything
\nready to go for opening night.
\nSunday will be a draw\/redraw day.
\nBruce said he’d work for a $100 a night on race days and practice days. Motion was made to pay Bruce
\nRudland $100 a night including practice nights. It was approved.
\nWorking on the portable sign. We need 4 sheets of plywood to finish it.
\nWe are doing a full booster night the first race night.
\nWe have 6 Marketing Partners lined up for the year. We are working on getting the rest lined up.
\nDirty Weekly is planned for Sunday at 4:45.
\nDiscussion on mall show. We have the Best Engineered cars decided on. We decided on the best
\nappearing for the mall show.
\nWe have the new insurance policy.
\nBills were presented and paid.
