August 28, 2018 Board Meeting Sleep Inn
\nAll board members were present.
\nSix guests were in attendance.
\nMeeting was called to order at 7:03 pm.
\nMotion was made to approve the August 21, 2018 meeting minutes. It was approved.
\nMarketing. Tickets are ready for Motor Magic weekend. Finishing up video ads also. Trophies are
\nordered for the weekend.
\nFriday sponsor is Circle Sanitation. Saturday is Ryan Family Dealerships and NW Tire. Sunday is Too Dark.
\nEnduro. They will still need to have lap counters there even if they are using a transponder. They are ok
\nto use a transponder also.
\nDiscussion on having some kind of unique shirt to sell for the banquet. There will only be so many sold
\nand the banquet is the only place to get one.
\nDoing top 2 redraw for the weekend and everyone else straight up.
\nBills were presented and paid.
\nThere will be no meeting the week of Labor Day.
\nMotion made to adjourn meeting.
\nMeeting adjourned at 8:25 pm.
\nNext meeting will be Monday, September 10, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Sleep Inn.<\/p>\n
