One board member was absent.
No guests were in attendance.
Meeting was called to order at 7:04 pm.
Car Show. We have a couple booths lined up already. We are still contacting people for booths. We are
looking for cars to be at the show. We have a couple lined up. Contact us if you would like your car to be
in the show.
Motion was made to approve the November 5, 2018 meeting minutes. It was approved.
Late models are planned for August 4th. 2Strong Series is planned for June 2nd. The Sport Mods will have
extra laps that night and more pay.
Tour Scheduling meeting is in New Town this weekend.
Bills were presented and paid.
Looking at new logos for the car show. Discussion on doing a raffle for the car show. Maybe a pit lift and
some RC cars.
Working on Adam\u2019s contract and DarnTV\u2019s contract.
