The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
All board members were present, and no guests were in attendance.
The minutes from the December 16th, 2019 board meeting were approved by the board.
Bills were presented and approved to be paid by the board.
Raffle tickets are available for purchase and the drawing is to be held after the car show.
A motion was made to change the cost\/ages of pit admission to the following
Ages 5 and under are free. Ages 6-12 will be $5. Ages 13 and above will be regular adult prices.
The motion carried with 5 for and 1 opposing.
A motion was made to change the cost\/ages of grandstand admission to the following
Ages 5 and under are free. Ages 6-12 will be $10. Ages 13 and above will be regular adult prices.
The motion was approved by the board.
Memberships will be available for purchase at the car show.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 9:02pm and it was approved.
The next meeting will be held January 20th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.<\/p>\n
