The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
A motion was made to approve the minutes from the June 9 th , 2020 board meeting. It was seconded and approved by the board.
Financials were discussed and a motion was made to pay the bills presented. This motion was seconded and approved by the board.
The previous race night was discussed.
A quote was presented to the board for (5) iPads to be purchased for use at the pit gate & grandstand ticket booth. A motion was made to approve the purchase. This motion was seconded and approved by the board.
Nodak Speedway is in need of a all-time ticket booth \/ ticket taking supervisor as well as a flag person and\/or assistant flag person for race nights.
Wingless sprints will be present on the upcoming race night.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting. This motion was seconded and approved by the board. The meeting adjourned at 8:56pm.
Unless stated otherwise, the next board meeting will be held Tuesday June 23rd, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.<\/p>\n
