It was seconded and approved by the board.<\/p>\n A motion was made to allow Ron Huettl to handle the entire process of the fence installation required by insurance in front of the catwalk. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.<\/p>\n Bills were presented to the board and approved to be paid.<\/p>\n A motion was made for an additional iPad be purchased for the Souvenir Trailer. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.<\/p>\n Personal vehicles should not be in the pits on race nights.<\/p>\n The previous race night was discussed.<\/p>\n A motion was made at 9:06pm to adjourn the meeting.
