The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
A motion was made to approve the minutes from the June 23rd, 2020 board meeting. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.
Bills were presented and approved to be paid by the board.
The upcoming 4th of July race night was discussed.
The previous race night was discussed as well. It was voted on with one opposition that no probations\/suspensions be put on any drivers or individuals that may have been involved in altercations in the pits or on the track in the duration of race night.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:37pm. It was seconded and approved by the board.
The next meeting will be held Tuesday July 7th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.<\/p>\n
