The motion was seconded and approved by the board.<\/p>\n Financials were discussed and bills were presented to the board. A motion was made to pay the bills. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.<\/p>\n The board discussed postponing the upcoming banquet to a later date. A motion was made to do so. The motion was not seconded therefor not up for additional discussion or voting.<\/p>\n A motion was made to purchase gift cards to be given to those who volunteered during the 2020 season. The motion was seconded and approved by the board. The gift cards were to be given out at the upcoming banquet.<\/p>\n A motion was made to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded and approved by the board. The meeting adjourned at 8:40pm.
