A motion was made to approve the minutes from the previous board meeting. The motion was\u00a0seconded and approved by the board.
Financials were discussed. A motion was made to pay the bills presented. The motion was\u00a0seconded and approved by the board.
The previous race night was discussed.
A motion was made to donate flex\/kid\u2019s tickets to a youth organization in Minot. The motion\u00a0was seconded and approved by the board.
A motion was made to approve the purchase of a whistler and pump needed. The motion was\u00a0seconded and approved by the board.
On the previous race night, an accident occurred on the track involving driver Mason Mach.\u00a0Pitman Chase Conway then entered the racing surface on foot. After consideration of track\u00a0rules and the circumstances of the incident, a motion was made to DQ driver Mason giving zero\u00a0pay and zero points. An additional motion was made to give a written warning and probation\u00a0for the remainder of the season to Chase. Both motions were seconded and approved by the\u00a0board.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:48pm. The motion was seconded and\u00a0approved by the board.
