August 3, 2021 – Board Meeting Sleep Inn<\/p>\n

All board members were present.<\/p>\n

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.<\/p>\n

A motion was made to approve the minutes from the previous board meeting. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.<\/p>\n

Financials were discussed.<\/p>\n

Numbers from the enduro were discussed.<\/p>\n

A motion was made to approve and pay the presented bills. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.<\/p>\n

The awards banquet and car show are tentatively scheduled for April 2022.<\/p>\n

Two general meetings are tentatively scheduled for October 2021 (to include elections) as well as April 2022.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Motor Magic weekend was discussed. A motion was made to bring in the Legend class Friday and Saturday night of Motor Magic. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.<\/p>\n

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 9:07pm. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.<\/p>\n

The next meeting will be held Tuesday August 10th<\/sup>, 2021 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.<\/p>\n
