February 16, 2022 – Board Meeting Sleep Inn<\/p>\n

All members present<\/p>\n

The January 31, 2022 minutes were presented and accepted as written by motion, motion approved<\/p>\n

The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review. A motion was made to approve payment of bills. Motion carried.<\/p>\n

Topless Night \u2013 Monday, May 30<\/p>\n

Kids Night \u2013 Discussion held on promoting the track by doing something for the kids at High Air Ground. There would be space to display the cars. Discussion will continue at the next meeting.<\/p>\n

Discussion was led to use one race night for the All Star Qualifier for the Super Nationals in Boone. The board agreed to schedule this event on Sunday, May 29th.<\/p>\n

The next Executive Board meeting is scheduled for March 2, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Clarion.<\/p>\n

Motion to adjourn meeting.
