[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=”#ffffff” _builder_version=”4.15″ global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”]Pre-Registration Coming Soon.<\/span><\/p>\n Monday, March 14, 2022<\/p>\n Meeting called to order at 7:00, Kelly Bertsch shop<\/p>\n 2 members absent<\/p>\n The March 2, 2022 minutes were presented and accepted as written by motion<\/p>\n The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review. There are 50 outstanding checks from 2020 and 2021. The board agreed to stop pay the outstanding checks. Going forward a sign will be posted at the pit trailer informing drivers that checks need to be cashed by December 31, 2022. Any outstanding checks after that date will be cancelled.<\/p>\n Checking with High Air Ground to see if they are interested in doing something with the track.<\/p>\n The next Executive Board meeting is scheduled for March 21, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Kelly\u2019s Shop.<\/p>\n Motion to adjourn meeting.
