The April 16, 2024 minutes were presented and accepted as written by motion.<\/p>\n

Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review. Motion and second to approve\/pay the bills. Motion carried.<\/p>\n

Business to Discuss<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

  1. Stu Kragh attended the meeting. He is offering to make pull back cars to sell to raise funds for the HOF Wall of Fame. The board agreed that this is a good way to raise the needed funding. Stu will also continue to work on purchasing a new mascot costume.<\/li>\n
  2. Jen Rivinius indicated that only those who are working the race should be in the booth. The lights in the booth have a very loud buzzing. Justin will have NDSF check on the transformer. Reminder to let Jen know when drivers are coming in or running late.<\/li>\n
  3. Motion, amendment and second to sell the club transponders and to give the money of the transponder sales to the HOF Wall of Fame. Motion carried.<\/li>\n
  4. The board extended their appreciation to Wayne Johnson for his handling of the pit meeting. There are talking points that will be presented each week.<\/li>\n
  5. Race order will be Hobby Stock, Sport Compact, Sport Mod, Stock Car, Modifieds.<\/li>\n
  6. Safety checks will be ongoing. All safety equipment must be in place at staging otherwise they will not be allowed on the track.<\/li>\n
  7. Keller Paving came to weld on the packer on Friday before the race. The board will put up the sign board for Keller Paving and ten flex tickets as a thank you.<\/li>\n
  8. Trackside signed the volunteer sheet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The next Executive Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Clarion.<\/p>\n
