Minutes<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The June 18, 2024 minutes were presented with minor corrections and accepted as written by motion and second. Motion carried.<\/p>\n

Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review. Motion and second to approve\/pay the bills. Motion carried.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Business to Discuss<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A list of the memberships collected to date was presented. The list will be kept up to date as it is referenced at the election meeting to be held in October.<\/li>\n
  2. The contractors tasked with track removal\/prep attended the meeting to discuss with the board how the track removal and demo derby prep will take place. The track wall will be taken down on Sunday night and the equipment in the infield will be moved starting the Monday after the mod tour.<\/li>\n
  3. New ipads were purchased as the current refurbished ipads no longer charge or hold a charge. Motion and second to sell the old ipads for $50 each. Motion carried.<\/li>\n
  4. Mod tour t-shirts will be here tomorrow. The price will be $25 each.<\/li>\n
  5. The treasurer will look into getting a second debit card for the board.<\/li>\n
  6. Championship shirts will be ordered so that they are available to sell when the races resume in August.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Next Meeting<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The next board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Clarion.<\/p>\n
