Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review. Motion and second to approve\/pay the bills. Motion carried.<\/p>\n

Business to Discuss<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The board was contacted by NDSF to inquire who pays the water bill for the race track. Justin will be meeting with NDSF to work out payment going forward given that the race track hasn\u2019t been paying for water.<\/li>\n
  2. Krys Yost indicated that parts and cage for a raffle car would be around $2500. Yost also indicated that he knows of an individual who would have a car to sell for cheap and another racer who would be willing to purchase it and donate it to the club for the raffle. Justin will look into getting the raffle permit.<\/li>\n
  3. Fifty $50 gift cards for volunteers were purchased from Marketplace Foods and they donated a $500 gift card that will be used in the silent auction.<\/li>\n
  4. Championship t-shirts and sweatshirts have been ordered.<\/li>\n
  5. Banquet donations to date were reviewed.<\/li>\n
  6. Proposed 2025 race schedule was reviewed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The next board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Clarion.<\/p>\n
