Meeting called to order at 6:58pm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Not Present<\/strong>:<strong> <\/strong>Robby Rosselli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Guests<\/strong>: Kadi Ruby, John Schwartz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Minutes<\/strong>: The December 17, 2024 meeting minutes were presented and accepted as written with motion and second. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Taxes have not been deducted from the checking account, but are complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Income up approx $40K compared to last year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No bills to approve\/pending.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Old Business:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track Equipment\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Motion and second to purchase a new piece of equipment (Heavy Hitch) for track prep. 4 in favor, 1 opposed. Motion carried.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heavy Hitch = $18,000; check with banks to obtain a 0% interest loan&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>53 teeth that last 20-30 nights, teeth are approx $28\/tooth; $1000-$2000\/year for maintenance; 12\u2019 wide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raffle Car\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Krys Yost has the car and invoice was submitted for $5300 minus $2500 for the car (donated by Swartwout\/Jeremy Rust).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will sell tickets for $50\/piece with a limited number of tickets available.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2025 Schedule\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>WOO Late Models June 29, 2025\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consider using MyRacePass for ticket sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Still no title sponsor(s).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>INEX Legends Winter Nationals Oct 9-11, 2025\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Projected P&amp;L Statement presented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motion and second to run the show on our own (the 2nd option of the options they presented us) vs. splitting the profits 50\/50. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2025 Sponsorships<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>New Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2025 Membership cards have all been signed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>John Schwartz (guest) came to ask about the number of checks Harrison Schwartz (Sport Compact) has outstanding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kadi Ruby (Nodak Hall of Fame, Standing President)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HOF wall still in the works, anticipated installation still this spring\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$28K-$30K in initial cost including 80 plaques. Wall will fit up to 150 plaques. Plaque sizes were increased for visibility, which comes with a higher cost.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feb 27th &#8211; HOF Nomination Meeting\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Two Board Members will represent the Board on the panel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Induction process is going to be amended, percentage of votes a range instead of a set percentage threshold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When April general meeting postcard goes out, need to include HOF info<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2027 Anniversary: yearbook information gathering has started.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IMCA Franchise Documents &#8211; Completed and fee of $500 paid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brushfire app for WOO &#8211; May not need if using MRP or NDSF<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Car Show<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regional Qualifier for Legends &#8211; July 4th event, make sure to put this in MRP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MyRacePass (MRP)\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Considering moving the website to be under MyRacePass ($599 yearly cost, currently paying $300\/year for Web Funnel hosting).\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$1800 for initial web page design (set up fee)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current web hosting cost for the year has been paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sell tickets through MRP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electronically scan using phones at the door<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Need to consider that people may be UNAWARE of the MRP app.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Next Meeting<\/strong>: The next board meeting will be on January 28, 2025 at 7:00pm at the Clarion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Meeting Adjournment<\/strong>: Motion and second to adjourn the meeting.
