Present<\/strong>: Justin Medler, Robby Rosselli, Kelly Duchsherer, Wayne Johnson, Scott Joern, Rick Huber, & Holly Johnson. Meeting called to order at 7:01pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minutes<\/strong>: The February 4, 2025 meeting minutes were presented and accepted as written with motion and second. All in favor. Motion carried. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: The Treasurer\u2019s Report was presented for discussion and review.\u00a0Motion and second to approve\/pay the bills. All in favor. Motion carried.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Track Equipment\n

    • No updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Catch Fence Turn 4\n

      • Need a couple more panels as 4 more jersey barriers were added. Built by Jim\u2019s Welding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Raffle Car\n
          \n
        • 125 tickets at $50\/piece.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Raffle permit approved. Need to send the $25 application fee to Amanda. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • New cage kit will go into this car. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Once permit is approved, paper tickets can be printed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • 2025 Schedule\n

          • New posters (2nd run) were printed by Lowe\u2019s for free, as low quality first run.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Car Show (April 5-6, 2025)\n
              \n
            • Board members to work the Nodak booth and manage sales of WOO tickets, 2025 Memberships, pit passes, grandstand passes, pit stalls. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Booth Spots were reviewed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. NOSA Winged Sprints (May 4, 2025)<\/strong>\n
                  \n
                • Need increased insurance policy (higher coverage levels) for event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Will require an ambulance (per the event contract) on site the night of the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • WOO Late Models (June 29, 2025)<\/strong>\n
                    \n
                  • Tickets: Paper ticket proof was presented. Need to include on the ticket the event rainout\/refund policy – must send physical ticket to Club’s PO Box number. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Four businesses have agreed to pre-sell tickets. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Ticket sales available everywhere starting at the Car Show. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Consider printing posters to hang around town indicating where people can buy their tickets. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Bravera Bank willing to set up canopies and serve food. Also willing to purchase chips and salads. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • INEX Legends Winter Nationals (Oct 9-11, 2025)<\/strong>\n
                      \n
                    • There is a Legends race in Fergus Falls the same weekend. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        • Affinity Credit Union – signboard 2025; needs an invoice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Big O needs a new signboard for new logo<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Paul\u2019s Towing needs a new signboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Tires Only needs a new signboard, no longer Dakota Tire Direct<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                          • Need to set up ACH info.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                            • Complete transfer of accounts temporarily on hold. Still opening the accounts now to start the process. Bankers were able to see all documents requested. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Willing to set up canopies at WOO to help with food. Willing to buy the chips and salads. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                              New Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              1. Track Announcer – Nick Hulberg has resigned as track announcer. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              2. Flowers for Amanda Huber\u2019s funeral at Bread of Life on Friday, 2\/21\/2025. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              3. Spoke to Visit Minot about support for our 2025 events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              4. Clarion – emailed the club to inform of charging $250 for conference room for Board Meetings each week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              5. Club will be keeping Bremer and Dacotah bank accounts open. \n
                                  \n
                                • Dacotah Bank had original Articles of Incorporation from 1996.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                • Facebook – need to start posting about Car Show<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                • Purse Payouts will occur nightly at the night of each event for the 2025 Season. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                  Next Meeting<\/strong>: The next board meeting will be on March 5, 2025 at 7:00pm at the Affinity Credit Union. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
