Meeting Minutes

All but one board member was in attendance along with (3) guests.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

A motion was made to approve the minutes from the previous board meeting. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.

Financials were discussed along with reports from the previous race night. A motion was made to approve the bills presented. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.

Memorial Weekend race night was discussed.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:26pm. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.

The next meeting will be held Monday May 24th, 2021 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.
