Following the General Membership Meeting held on March 29, the Club received formal member petitions raising concerns regarding the voting outcome under the Club’s governing documents.
To ensure everything is handled correctly and in full compliance with the bylaws, a new vote of the membership will be conducted.
Official notices have been mailed to all members.
A vote will be held on:
• Track Rules
• Articles of Incorporation Amendments
• Bylaw Amendments
This is an important meeting, and member participation is critical.

Upcoming Special Membership Meeting on the 11/16/25 at 1:00pm in the FFA Hall at the NDSF Center. Voting open to current members on revisions to our Articles of Incorporation and elections for open Board positions to occur. Non-members welcome to attend as well.
