October 22, 2018 Board Meeting Sleep Inn
One board member was absent.
No guests were in attendance.
Meeting was called to order at 7:07 pm.
Motion was made to approve the October 15, 2018 meeting minutes. It was approved.
Car show. We are partnering with the Flat track. We need to come up with a new name. We are working
on that. Want to keep car show part of the name. Going to start contacting people for booths now.
Discussion on raising pit fees or membership fees. Raising pit fees to $30 was discussed. Discussion on
having car registration fees. Still looking at our different options.
Car show. We have contract with the fair. We have the same 3 rooms as last year.
Got our check from the Eagles for 50/50. Discussion on ticket takers.
Bills were presented and paid.
We still have some bills coming in from the banquet.
Looking into options for getting a better count at the pit trailer.
Motion was made to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned at 8:46 pm.
Next meeting will be Monday, October 29, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Sleep Inn.
