Minutes: The October 15, 2024 minutes were presented and accepted as written by motion by Rick Huber, second by Wayne Johnson. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report: The Treasurer’s Report was presented for discussion and review. Motion by Scott Joern, second by Robby Rosselli to approve/pay the bills. Motion carried.

- Get banquet date from Fair Board at next meeting
- Consider an earlier start time for April races, depending on weather forecast
- Discussion about adding Slingshots to double headers at the beginning of the year occurred. Board decided not to add them.
- $150 registration fee for the premier class on the $4000 to win nights in August + $35 pit fee for each driver.
- Schedule was reviewed at length and further changes made to finalize it.
New Business:
- WOO Late Models June 29, 2025
- Supporting Classes: SM, normal purse, 28 cars start
- Projected P&L: Purse=$66,000, Sanction Fee=$6500, WOO Insurance=$1919, $100 to each past champion that’s on tour (approx 5), $110 to each non-qualifying car, Race Director, Fuel, our own insurance & liability, grandstand rental fee
