The October 10, 2022 minutes were presented and accepted as written by motion.

Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s Report was presented for discussion and review. A motion and second to approve bills. Motion carried.

Old Business

1. Business radio licensing needs to be renewed prior to May 2023. Brandon is continuing to work on this renewal.
2. Turn Nodak Pink

• Check presentation has been scheduled with the Trinity Foundation.

3. Yearbook Update

• Yearbooks have been picked up.

4. Banquet

• Rick has ordered the food and will get it picked up by 3:00 Saturday, October 29.
• Robby and Scott will dig out the souvenir trailer to set up at the banquet.
• Club will purchase the riveter for the silent auction.
• Robby, Rick and Kelly will be picking up additional items this week prior to the banquet.
• Club will meet at 9:00 am to set up.
• Brandon has worked up an outline for the emcee to follow.

New Business

1. 2023 Race Schedule
   • Motion and second to approve the tentative 2023 race schedule. Motion carried.

Next Meeting

The next Executive Board meeting will be scheduled after the elections scheduled for Sunday, October 30, 2022.
