- Track Equipment
- Heavy Hitch hydraulic hose cracked. Wayne will fix.
- White water truck pump needs to be replaced, will cost approx. $5,000.00.
- Sheeps foot is fixed. The other one went to Farden’s.
- Big Wheels – upon returning from Jim’s Welding, needs a mirror, fluids checked.
- Schatz truck is good.
- Other equipment needs extensive maintenance and repair. Robby will call Tex to ask about tires.
- 2025 Sponsorships
- Spreadsheet updated with checks received, proposals delivered, and other businesses who showed interest.
- Discussion occurred about selling the remaining two open Race Nights in May. Will pursue more partners and then move them to August Specials should there be a rainout. Continuing to work on visiting potential sponsors and partners for 2025.
- Signboards of nightly race sponsors need to be moved to Victory Lane.
- NOSA Winged Sprints (May 4, 2025)

- WOO Ticket Sales posters and tickets dropped off at Big O, Tuff Trucks, The Landing, Auto Value-Minot, & Auto Value-Williston.

- CD at Bremer Bank maturing on 4/24/25 will be moved to Bravera Bank.

- Clarity on if he’s announcing in 2025. Kristi Rosselli-Sullivan will be the main announcer. Keli Rosselli-Sullivan will be covering Victory Lane.
- Nick Hulberg has been invited back, but hasn’t given us an answer.
- Riley Raynard could also join as announcer when he’d like (Brandon usually arranged this).
- Ultimately, there needs to be 2 people announcing every night.
- Sponsor Read for the night – Nick used to put this together, Kadi has done it too. Holly will put together the script for 2025.
- Motioned with second to have every race event/night will pay $500 to track prep. All in favor. Motion carried.
- Hot Spot/Internet for Pit Trailer – Kelly will call SRT. Turn on for Grandstand.
- Scarlet 212 4th gen box – Dacotah from MRP for Announcer Audio. Brandon already doing this for DarnTV, can route through MRP without having to get the special equipment.
- Kids day at Get Air on May 17th.
- Rick Huber has flowers ordered for Mother’s Day races.
- Paving of pits might cause/force us to move the pit entrance.

- Draw/Redraw at Pit Trailer, one time only for $20.
- 12 car heat races. 28 cut off for B-main.
- Computer redraw after heats.
- Rookies will be asked if they want to start in the back.
- Driver cut off ONE HOUR before racing starts.
- All-Star August Races & Motor Magic:
- Draw/Redraw at Pit Trailer, two times for $20/each.
- Feature line-ups based on passing points.
- When you check in, drivers will draw. If you don’t come draw, then Jen will draw for you (on passing points nights).
- Opening Weekend:
- Discussion occurred regarding To Do List before Opening Weekend, and who can do what tasks.
Next Meeting: Work night on Thursday, April 17th around 6:30pm at the track. The next board meeting will be on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 7:00pm at Staybridge Suites.
