Meeting Minutes

All board members were present via conference call.
The meeting was called to order at 7:03pm.
A motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes from the March 16 th , 2020 board
meeting. The minutes were approved by the board.
A motion was made to pay a vendor an additional $200 for the car show. The motion was
seconded and approved by the board. An additional bill was presented to the board and both
were approved by the board to be paid.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made and seconded. The meeting adjourned at 7:48pm.
The next meeting will be held via telephone conference next Sunday the 19th at 7:00pm.

Meeting Minutes

All but one board member was present for the meeting. Two guests were in attendance.
The March 2nd, 2020 board meeting minutes were approved by the board.
Bills were presented to the board and approved to be paid.
We discussed having the mall show or maybe an outdoor show.
A discussion was had in a closed meeting. A motion was made to table the proposed offer until
further notice, it was approved by the board.
There was a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:47pm and it was approved by the board.
The next meeting will be Monday March 30th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

 A motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes from the February 10th, 2020 board meeting. The minutes were approved by the board.

 A motion was made and seconded to approve the bills presented to the board. The bills were approved to be paid by the board.

 A motion was made and seconded to sell grandstand season passes, that must be picked up at the car show, for $150. The motion was approved by the board.

 A motion was made and seconded to sell season pit passes, that must be picked up at the show, for $400. The motion was approved by the board.

 Memberships will be available for purchase at the car show.

 A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting. The motion was approved by the board at the meeting adjourned at 8:17pm.

 The next General Meeting will be held Sunday February 23rd, 2020 at the North Dakota State Fair Center. The next Board Meeting will be held Monday March 2nd, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

The general meeting will be held Sunday February 23rd, 2020 at 1:00pm. The board discussed what will be on the agenda for this meeting.

 A motion was made to adjourn the meeting, it was seconded and approved. The meeting adjourned at 8:44pm.

 The next board meeting will be held Monday February 17th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.
