Meeting Minutes

All board members were in attendance along with 3 guests.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

A motion was made to approve the minutes from the June 16th, 2020 meeting. It was seconded and approved by the board.

A motion was made to allow Ron Huettl to handle the entire process of the fence installation required by insurance in front of the catwalk. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.

Bills were presented to the board and approved to be paid.

A motion was made for an additional iPad be purchased for the Souvenir Trailer. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.

Personal vehicles should not be in the pits on race nights.

The previous race night was discussed.

A motion was made at 9:06pm to adjourn the meeting. It was seconded and approved by the board.

The next meeting will be held Tuesday, July 30th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.
