Meeting Minutes

August 11th, 2020 Website Minutes

All board members were in attendance along with (2) guests.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

A motion was made to approve the minutes from the August 4th, 2020 board meeting. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.

Financials were discussed and reports were presented.
A motion was made to pay the bills presented. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.

Motor Magic will be a 3-night event and purses will be announced soon.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 9:29pm. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.

The next meeting will be held Tuesday August 18th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.
