Meeting Minutes

8-13-19 Website Minutes

 All board members were present.

 The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

 A motion was made to approve the minutes from the August 6th, 2019 meeting. The motion was seconded and then approved.

 A motion was made to accept Justin Medler’s resignation from the board of directors. The motion was seconded and approved.

 The Over the Edge event is this Saturday August 17th. 2-3 racecars have been requested starting at 7:30am at the Parker building.

 A motion was made at 9:24pm to adjourn the meeting. It was seconded and approved. The meeting was adjourned.

 The next meeting will be held Tuesday August 20th, 2019 at the Sleep Inn at 7:00pm.
