All board members were present.
There were (3) guests in attendance.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
There was a motion to approve the August 13th, 2019 board meeting minutes. It was seconded and approved.
A motion was made to reimburse Dave Millman $100 per night that he performs tech-ing at the racetrack. The motion was approved by the board.
The board is still requesting ideas for the upcoming banquet.
We will attempt a Pass the Helmet donation this upcoming Sunday the 25th as there were no participants in the previously planned event. These proceeds will go to the family chosen by the Trinity Health Foundation and the check is going to be presented at intermission this Sunday.
Nodak Speedway yearbooks will be available for sale this Sunday the 25th for $10 each.
Bills were presented and approved to be paid.
A last chance qualifier race will be held Friday the 30th for the All Star Race.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting and it was approved. The meeting was adjourned at 9:11pm. The next meeting will be held Tuesday August 27th, 2019 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.
