January 29, 2018 Board Meeting Minutes Sleep Inn
All board members were present.
Four guests were in attendance.
Meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm.
Motion was made to approve the January 22, 2018 meeting minutes. It was approved.
W2s and 1099s were all sent.
Wild about Wheels. We have security planned. Adam is making sure we have all the right forms we
need. Post cards for meeting have been sent. There are a block of rooms at the Sleep Inn. Raffle tickets
are ready to be sold. We are printing Nodak Membership cards. We are good with volunteers for the
door. We have the insurance certificate for it also.
Website is being updated and will switch over soon.
Discussion on Adam’s contract. Working on a new one with him.
Discussion on the track. Are we bringing in more dirt? We need to work on rock picking this year. No
new dirt at this time.
Bills were presented and paid.
Motion was made to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned at 8:37 pm.
Next meeting will be Monday, February 5, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Sleep Inn.
