December 11, 2017 Board Meeting Minutes Sleep Inn
All board members were present.
One guest was in attendance.
Meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm
Motion was made to approve the December 4, 2017 meeting minutes. It was approved.
Discussion on Wild about Wheels. We have booths lined up already. We will have 2018 memberships for
sale there.
SportMod Tour is planned for May 23rd-May 27th.

Discussion on equipment work. The water truck needs some work done. The bobcat has a hydraulic
hose that needs to be fixed. One of the tractors needs to be fixed also. ‘
Discussion on kids day ideas.
Bills were presented and paid.
Discussion on volunteers. Motion was made to give volunteers a lanyard and badge. Their plus one will
get a season grandstand pass also. It passed.
Motion was made to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned at 9:58 pm.
Next meeting will be Monday, January 8, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Sleep Inn.
