Meeting Minutes

May 14th, 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn

All board members were present.

Eight guests were in attendance.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

The May 6th, 2019 meeting’s minutes were approved.

Bills were presented and approved to be paid.

We will be partnering with Hardees every other Thursday evening. We will be parking cars at their South Broadway location.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:15pm.

The next meeting will be Tuesday May 21st, 2019 at 7pm at the Sleep Inn.
