Meeting Minutes

All board members were in attendance along with (2) guests.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

A motion was made to approve the minutes from the July 21st, 2020 meeting with one change. The motion was seconded, and the minutes were approved by the board.

Financial reports and bills were presented to the board. A motion was made to approve the bills presented. The motion was seconded, and bills were approved to be paid by the board.

A motion was made to order shirts for the Turn Nodak Pink night. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.

(3) full nights of racing are scheduled for Motor Magic weekend.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 8:53pm.

The next meeting will be held Tuesday August 2nd, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.
