Meeting Minutes

April 30, 2018 Board Meeting Sleep Inn
All board members were present.
Three guests were in attendance.
Meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm.
Motion was made to approve the April 16, 2018 meeting minutes. It was approved.
Oliver is going to be there every Sunday as the EMT and if he isn’t there then he will have someone else
lined up to be there.
Practice day went well. There wasn’t a lot of down time. We had 71 cars there. Jen is getting everything
ready to go for opening night.
Sunday will be a draw/redraw day.
Bruce said he’d work for a $100 a night on race days and practice days. Motion was made to pay Bruce
Rudland $100 a night including practice nights. It was approved.
Working on the portable sign. We need 4 sheets of plywood to finish it.
We are doing a full booster night the first race night.
We have 6 Marketing Partners lined up for the year. We are working on getting the rest lined up.
Dirty Weekly is planned for Sunday at 4:45.
Discussion on mall show. We have the Best Engineered cars decided on. We decided on the best
appearing for the mall show.
We have the new insurance policy.
Bills were presented and paid.
Motion was made to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned at 9:51 pm.
Next meeting will be Monday, May 7, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Sleep Inn.
