April 29^th, 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn

All board members were present.

Three guests were in attendance.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

The April 22^nd, 2019 meeting’s minutes were approved.

Practice Day for Sunday April 28^th was postponed to Sunday May 5^th from 11am to 2pm.

A motion was made to do a half booster on opening day, May 5^th with a race start time of 4pm. It was approved.

Bills were presented and approved to be paid.

2 tickets, 2 shirts, and 2 hats were donated to a cancer benefit.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:28pm.

The next meeting will be Monday May 6^th, 2019 at 7pm at the Sleep Inn.
