Meeting Minutes

All but 1 board member was in attendance along with 3 guests.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

The minutes from the August 11th, 2020 board meeting were approved by the board.

The bills were presented to the board and approved to be paid.

A motion was made to write the Trinity Foundation a check for $5,500 using the money raised during intermission. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:13pm. This motion was seconded and approved by the board.

The next board meeting will be held Tuesday August 25th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.
