Meeting Minutes

All but one board member was in attendance along with 2 guests.

 The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

 The previous race night was discussed.

 We discussed financials. Bills were presented to the board and approved to be paid.

 We discussed the upcoming race nights. Motor Magic will be a 3-night series.

 A motion was made to suspend Hobby Stock driver Jesse Long for his actions on the previous race night. The actions of the driver stopping on the track were deemed dangerous with intentions to discuss the previous call with a track official. The motion/suspension includes suspension from racing and being in the pits through August 31st, 2020 with a $500 fine. The motion included that if the driver’s actions during his suspension did not include anything rash, the fine would be waived. The motion was seconded. After a vote of 3 yeses, 1 vote opposing and 1 sustaining, the motion was approved.

 The NLRA event is cancelled but Nodak Speedway will still be running the Late Model class as planned.

 A motion was made, seconded and approved at 9:14pm to adjourn the meeting.

 The next meeting will be held Tuesday August 11th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.
