8-20-19 Website Minutes
All board members were present.
There were (3) guests in attendance.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
There was a motion to approve the August 13th, 2019 board meeting minutes. It was seconded and approved.
A motion was made to reimburse Dave Millman $100 per night that he performs tech-ing at the racetrack. The motion was approved by the board.
The board is still requesting ideas for the upcoming banquet.
We will attempt a Pass the Helmet donation this upcoming Sunday the 25th as there were no participants in the previously planned event. These proceeds will go to the family chosen by the Trinity Health Foundation and the check is going to be presented at intermission this Sunday.
Nodak Speedway yearbooks will be available for sale this Sunday the 25th for $10 each.
Bills were presented and approved to be paid.
A last chance qualifier race will be held Friday the 30th for the All Star Race.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting and it was approved. The meeting was adjourned at 9:11pm. The next meeting will be held Tuesday August 27th, 2019 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

 All board members were present.

 The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

 A motion was made to approve the minutes from the August 6th, 2019 meeting. The motion was seconded and then approved.

 A motion was made to accept Justin Medler’s resignation from the board of directors. The motion was seconded and approved.

 The Over the Edge event is this Saturday August 17th. 2-3 racecars have been requested starting at 7:30am at the Parker building.

 A motion was made at 9:24pm to adjourn the meeting. It was seconded and approved. The meeting was adjourned.

 The next meeting will be held Tuesday August 20th, 2019 at the Sleep Inn at 7:00pm.

All board members were in attendance.

Five guests were in attendance.

A motion was made to approve the minutes from the July 16th, 2019 meeting. The motion was seconded and then was approved.

Turn Nodak Pink night was Sunday August 4th, 2019.

High Air Ground is requesting cars for their event on Saturday August 10th from 10am to 5pm.

The Over the Edge event is the following weekend on Saturday August 17th, 2019. Time is TBD.

Bills were presented to be paid. A motion was made to pay the bills. The motion was seconded and then approved.

Nodak Speedway’s banquet is to be held on October 19th, 2019.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded and approved. The meeting was adjourned at 10:03pm.

The next meeting will be held Tuesday August 13th, 2019 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

All but one board member was in attendance.

Two guests were in attendance.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

The regular Enduro will be Monday July 22nd at 7:00pm.

The Outlaw Enduro will be Tuesday July 23rd at 7:00pm.

Bills were presented and approved to be paid.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:47pm.

The next meeting will be Tuesday July 30th, 2019 at 7pm at Nodak Speedway.
