Meeting Minutes

August 28, 2018 Board Meeting Sleep Inn
All board members were present.
Six guests were in attendance.
Meeting was called to order at 7:03 pm.
Motion was made to approve the August 21, 2018 meeting minutes. It was approved.
Marketing. Tickets are ready for Motor Magic weekend. Finishing up video ads also. Trophies are
ordered for the weekend.
Friday sponsor is Circle Sanitation. Saturday is Ryan Family Dealerships and NW Tire. Sunday is Too Dark.
Enduro. They will still need to have lap counters there even if they are using a transponder. They are ok
to use a transponder also.
Discussion on having some kind of unique shirt to sell for the banquet. There will only be so many sold
and the banquet is the only place to get one.
Doing top 2 redraw for the weekend and everyone else straight up.
Bills were presented and paid.
There will be no meeting the week of Labor Day.
Motion made to adjourn meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 8:25 pm.
Next meeting will be Monday, September 10, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Sleep Inn.
