Meeting Minutes
April 30, 2018 Board Meeting Sleep Inn
All board members were present.
Three guests were in attendance.
Meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm.
Motion was made to approve the April 16, 2018 meeting minutes. It was approved.
Oliver is going to be there every Sunday as the EMT and if he isn’t there then he will have someone else
lined up to be there.
Practice day went well. There wasn’t a lot of down time. We had 71 cars there. Jen is getting everything
ready to go for opening night.
Sunday will be a draw/redraw day.
Bruce said he’d work for a $100 a night on race days and practice days. Motion was made to pay Bruce
Rudland $100 a night including practice nights. It was approved.
Working on the portable sign. We need 4 sheets of plywood to finish it.
We are doing a full booster night the first race night.
We have 6 Marketing Partners lined up for the year. We are working on getting the rest lined up.
Dirty Weekly is planned for Sunday at 4:45.
Discussion on mall show. We have the Best Engineered cars decided on. We decided on the best
appearing for the mall show.
We have the new insurance policy.
Bills were presented and paid.
Motion was made to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned at 9:51 pm.
Next meeting will be Monday, May 7, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Sleep Inn.

Open Registration for the 2018 Mall Show
Registration For Mall Show Cars
Let us know if you would like to put your car in the 2018 Mall Show at Dakota Square Mall in Minot! We limited space so please follow this LINK and let us know if you can bring your car! The show is from April 18th – April 21st. We can start bringing cars in as soon as 7:30am on Wednesday and they can start being taken out at 7pm on Saturday. March 26, 2018 Board Meeting Sleep Inn
All board members were present.
Three guests were in attendance.
Meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm.
Motion was made to approve the March 19, 2018 meeting minutes. It was approved.
Pit Stalls. You can renew your stall now through April 28th at 6:00 pm. After that will be when new or
different stalls can be purchased.
Mall show contract is ready to go. If your car can be in the Mall let us know.
We will be offering season pit passes and season grandstand passes at a discounted price at the mall
show.
Do we want to have a meeting at the mall show? If could be just an informative one. Yes we will have an
informative meeting at the Sleep Inn on April 21st at 5:00 pm.
We will be having a volunteer meeting on Saturday April 21st at 3:00 pm.
Are we having Mini Van races again? Motion was made to NOT have the Mini Vans this year because of
safety concerns. Motion carried.
Discussion on different ideas for Mother’s Day weekend.
Bills were presented and paid.
Motion was made to adjourn meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 8:26 pm.
