Meeting Minutes

One board member was not present for the meeting. No guests were in attendance.

 The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

 The minutes from the February 3rd, 2020 meeting were approved by the board.

The general meeting will be held Sunday February 23rd, 2020 at 1:00pm. The board discussed what will be on the agenda for this meeting.

 A motion was made to adjourn the meeting, it was seconded and approved. The meeting adjourned at 8:44pm.

 The next board meeting will be held Monday February 17th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

 The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
All board members were in attendance along with (3) guests
The minutes from the January 27th, 2020 meeting were approved after (1) correction.
The Cub Scouts will be hosting their Pinewood Derby at the Magic City Car and Trade Show on
February 22nd, 2020. A motion was made that the cost per person over the age of (12) is $5.
Nodak Speedway will reimburse the Cub Scout troop for the number or registered racers they have. The motion was seconded and approved by the board with no objections.
A motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved. The meeting adjourned at 8:45pm.
The next meeting will be held Monday February 10th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

The minutes from the January 20th, 2020 meeting were approved by the board.
Raffle tickets are available for sale, drawing to be held at the car show.
Bills were presented to the board and approved to be paid.
A motion was made at 8:16pm to adjourn the meeting. It was seconded, approved and the meeting adjourned.

December 16th, 2019 Website Minutes

All but one board member we’re present.

 Three guests were in attendance.

 A motion was made to pay (1) bill. The motion was seconded, and the bill was approved to be paid.

 We discussed the car show that is to take place February 22nd & 23rd.

 A motion was made to start a Christmas sale now until December 24th on 2020 grandstand season passes for $175. The motion was seconded and approved by the board. The punch cards are to include 18 punches.

 A motion was made to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 7:58pm.

 The next meeting will be January 6th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

December 9th, 2019 Website Minutes

All board members were in attendance along with three guests.
The minutes from the December 2nd, 2019 board meeting were approved.
Two board members attended the tour meeting on Sunday December 8th on behalf of the Nodak Speedway. However, Nodak Speedway will not be on the Dakota Classic Modified Tour schedule in 2020.
A motion was made that July 5th will not be on Nodak Speedway’s schedule race. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.
Our 2020 schedule was discussed further by the board.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting. It was seconded and approved. The meeting adjourned at 8:30pm.
The next meeting will be held Monday December 16th , 2019 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

The meeting was called to order at 7:05pm.

We discussed the 2020 schedule along with the car show.
