June 25th, 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn

All board members were present.

Five guests were in attendance.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

A motion was made to approve the minutes from the meeting on June 11th, 2019, it was approved.

There will be a Power Wheels race at intermission on July 4th, 2019.

Slingshots will race on June 30th, 2019.

Practice Night is tomorrow, Wednesday June 26th, 2019.

The next jersey auction will be held during intermission on July 4th, 2019.

Bills were presented and approved to be paid.

A motion was made to make the payout for the State Fair Enduro $4,000. One opposed, it was approved.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:51pm.

The next meeting will be Tuesday July 2nd, 2019 at 7pm at the Sleep Inn.

June 11th, 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn

All board members, except for one, were present.

Eight guests were in attendance.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

The June 4th, 2019 meeting’s minutes were approved.

More jersey auctions will be held this Sunday the 16th during intermission.

We will be having Power Wheels again on July 4th.

Slingshots will be running on June 30th.

Bills were presented and approved to be paid.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:21pm.

The next meeting will be Tuesday June 18th, 2019 at 7pm at the Sleep Inn.

June 4th, 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn

All board members were present.

Five guests were in attendance.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

The May 28th, 2019 meeting’s minutes were approved.

The jersey auction will be held this Sunday the 9th during intermission.

The Hardee’s car meet will be this Thursday the 6th.

Practice night will be June 26th.

Bills were presented and approved to be paid.

A motion was made to make the pit entry fee $30 for all race nights, it was approved.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 9:11pm.

The next meeting will be Tuesday June 11th, 2019 at 7pm at the Sleep Inn.

May 21st, 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn

All board members were present.

Five guests were in attendance.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

The May 14th, 2019 meeting’s minutes were approved.

The next Hardee’s night is Thursday May 30th.

There will be a Power Wheels Kid’s Race on June 2nd during intermission.

Bills were presented and approved to be paid.

All board members were present.

Eight guests were in attendance.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

The May 6th, 2019 meeting’s minutes were approved.

Bills were presented and approved to be paid.

We will be partnering with Hardees every other Thursday evening. We will be parking cars at their South Broadway location.
